Menu Plan - Week of January 23

The view from our cabin

Back from our long weekend in Gatlinburg. We had an awesome time! Last night when we got home, Marty threw together a pasta dish using all of the leftover cut vegetables we had at the cabin and some brown rice pasta. Yum! This is the rest of the plan for the week.

All dinners are served with fruit, salad and various side dishes.

Breakfast:
Oatmeal with Blueberries
Cold Cereal

Lunch:
PB&J
Leftovers
Quesadillas

Dinner:
Pasta w/steamed vegetables
Some version of Crockpot Beans and Rice
Fake Arroz con Pollo and black beans
Crock Pot Turkey Tamale Pie
Pioneer Woman Beans and Cornbread
Thai-Garlic Chicken
